1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrimeByteHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PrimeByteHub is a cloud-based cosmetic shop management system provided by PrimeByte Technologies. The service includes but is not limited to:

• Inventory management for cosmetic products
• Staff management and role-based access control
• Multi-tenant architecture for data isolation
• Payment processing and subscription management
• SMS notifications and alerts
• Analytics and reporting features
• Customer relationship management

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use PrimeByteHub, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Shop Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information during registration
• Maintain secure access to your account
• Ensure compliance with local business regulations
• Manage staff access and permissions appropriately

3.3 Staff Member Access

Staff members can only access data and features assigned by their shop owner. Each shop's data is completely isolated from other shops using the system.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

PrimeByteHub offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. All plans are billed annually and include a free trial period.

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Paystack
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

4.3 Trial Period

New users receive a free trial period. Upon successful payment, the trial period ends and the full subscription begins immediately.

5. Data Security and Privacy

5.1 Data Isolation

Each shop owner's data is stored in a separate, isolated database. No shop can access another shop's data under any circumstances.

5.2 Data Protection

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and updates
• Secure backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Compliance with data protection regulations

5.3 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. PrimeByte Technologies does not claim ownership of your cosmetic inventory, customer information, or business records.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Managing cosmetic shop inventory and operations
• Processing legitimate business transactions
• Managing staff and customer relationships
• Generating business reports and analytics

6.2 Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to access other shops' data
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the system
• Uploading malicious software or content

7. Service Availability and Support

7.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for PrimeByteHub. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrimeByte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of PrimeByteHub.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Data will be retained for 30 days after termination for potential reactivation.

9.2 Termination by PrimeByte Technologies

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Changes to Terms

PrimeByte Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service interface.
