Refund Policy

At BillsHub Pay, we aim to ensure fast and reliable delivery of all VTU and bill payment services including airtime, data, cable TV subscriptions, and utility payments.

Due to the nature of digital transactions, most services are processed instantly and cannot be reversed once successfully delivered.

Eligible Refund Cases

  • Failed transactions where no value was delivered.
  • Duplicate payments caused by system error.
  • Wallet funding not credited after successful payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully delivered airtime, data, or bill payments.
  • Incorrect recipient details provided by the user.
  • Completed transactions already processed by service providers.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 24–72 hours and may be returned to the user’s wallet or original payment method.
